About Davis Property Group

Principal Kelly Davis was a licensed agent and broker with BKI for almost 20 years. She purchased the business in May 2020. A Santa Cruz native, Kelly has a combination of training and experience that makes her a true expert in all aspects of commercial real estate and property management. Prior to joining the BKI team, Kelly owned and operated an Interior Design company specializing in commercial design.

Ryan Velasco joined Davis Property Group in June 2020 and is a licensed agent. A Santa Cruz native as well, Ryan has 18 years of experience in the international tourism and vacation rental management industry working in sales, sales management, customer service and contract negotiations.

Frank Agbayani had been with BKI since August 2017 and will continue to bring his in-depth knowledge and expert skills to his role heading the Maintenance Department with Davis Property Group. Frank is a proud Veteran and brings prior experience working as a heavy equipment operator, auto mechanic, and high end wood working specializing in custom cabinets and custom wood work.
