About Davis Property Group

Broker/Owner Kelly Davis was a licensed agent and broker with BKI Inc. for almost 20 years. She purchased the business in May 2020 and rebranded as Davis Property Group. A Santa Cruz native, Kelly has a combination of training and experience that makes her a true expert in all aspects of commercial real estate and property management. Prior to joining the BKI Inc. team, Kelly owned and operated an Interior Design company specializing in commercial design.

Broker/Owner Ryan Velasco joined Davis Property Group in June 2020. A Santa Cruz native as well, Ryan has 18 years of experience in the sales industry working in sales management, customer service, contract negotiations, and marketing.

Frank Agbayani had been with BKI Inc. since August 2017 and continues to bring his in-depth knowledge and expert skills to his role heading the Maintenance Department with Davis Property Group. Frank is a proud Veteran and brings prior experience working as a heavy equipment operator, auto mechanic, and high end wood working specializing in custom cabinets and custom wood work.
